Which brush suits my horse?
As a basic set, we recommend a curry comb, a body brush and a hoof pick. Soft goat hair is ideal for sensitive horses and the finishing shine, the root brush for heavy dirt. Feel free to write to us — we’ll advise you personally.
How long does an order with engraving take?
We make personalised items especially for you — the stated delivery times may be extended by up to 3 working days.
Can I return an engraved product?
Engraved and individually made products are excluded from withdrawal because they are made especially for you. Please check the preview of your engraving carefully — if you have questions, we’re happy to help before you order.
Do you ship as a gift?
Yes — every order is lovingly packaged anyway. In the cart you can also choose gift wrapping with a personal greeting card.
Are your products vegan?
Our bags and loops are made of vegan leather. Brushes with horsehair, goat hair or lambskin contain animal materials — we choose their origin carefully. You’ll find the materials in the description of each product.
Where do you deliver?
We ship with DHL from Germany — within Germany (1–3 working days after shipping confirmation, free from €100), to other EU countries (2–8 working days) and to many other countries worldwide. You’ll find all shipping costs on the Shipping & delivery page.
