What are the standard delivery times?

Delivery of your package usually takes between 2-5 working days:

After receiving your order, it takes approximately 1-2 business days for us to pack your products and hand them over to our shipping provider. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email from us, your order should arrive within 1-3 business days within Germany.

For deliveries to other EU countries, it can take 2-8 working days.

If you have chosen personalization, the stated times may be delayed by up to 3 working days.

Note regarding customs and import duties:
Please note for deliveries outside the EU: Customs duties, import taxes, and other charges that may apply when shipping to a third country are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. These charges must be paid by the buyer to customs upon arrival of the goods. Equimour accepts no responsibility for delays or additional costs in the destination country.
