When will your parcel arrive?

We pack by hand
After we receive your order, it takes about 1–2 working days to pack your products and hand them over to our shipping provider.

Your parcel is on its way
Once you receive our shipping confirmation email, your order should arrive within 1–3 working days within Germany. Deliveries to other EU countries can take 2–8 working days. Deliveries outside the EU may take longer depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
